![]() They never apologized for yelling cursing and hanging up on me several times & I never received my refund from the stay I didn’t get to stay and I never got points on my honors for any of this. They accused me of lying about my name till they saw they were looking at the wrong reservation. The last time they charged me for a room that was over booked & never refunded me & the time before that, they kept yelling & cursing at me on the phone & hanging up & when I got to front desk one said “this is why this Hilton is a ******* training hotel” when I asked them why they kept cursing & hanging up on me they said they had me confused with another customer? This is how the customer service is it’s horrible. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and have faced nothing but rude and disrespectful employees. When I asked for my checked I was refused the name of the older women who insulted us. Next a man approached and asked the same if I want med a drink I declined and my daughter ordered. I declined and she very rudely asked my daughter. She was very nasty when she asked me if I wanted a drink. She looked at me and seemed more aggravated with me. A women approached me and told me “you know the breakfast isn’t free” I said yes I know why are you telling me this? She says well it’s 18$ a plate can you pay that? I said well yeah I am a guest here. Granted these are designer sweats and hoodies. ![]() ![]() Everyone else was in suits and slacks and my daughter and I were in sweats and hoodies. I think that we were singled out because of how we were dressed. The breakfast buffet was pretty crowded but we were singled out for really no reason. When I my daughter and I woke up early in the morning on the 31st we went down to the restaurant & each of us got a plate of food from the breakfast buffet. I stayed at the double tree December 30th to the 31st of 2022.
